Fantastic results if I may say so myself!!!!

Michelle.... You have been incredibly important to me during this last 12 weeks. I wanted to work with you and I got you and I wasn't disappointed. Your ability to send out wise and calming words has been amazing. Your patience with me when I have been stressed and worried has been wonderful. You have always given advice that has calmed me down and made me look forward. The posters you sent through are now gracing my pantry door and give guidance throughout the day. Being able to talk to someone who has been through weightloss and triumphed has made this "real" to me and you have been my inspiration to reach for things I previously didn't think I was capable of.
 
You have been a truly "fantastical" mentor and you have been my friend and quite simply I thank you. My wish is that you get to touch as many women and men who need help with weightloss and be able to guide them with your knowledge, care and incredible can-do attitude. I want others to feel that they can take on the world (like I now do) and achieve things simply through being lucky enough to be associated with you.
 
I cannot wait to see the Bodyblitz story and tell everyone that this lady was my personal success mentor!!!! You are my biggest inspiration and only onwards and upwards for me from now on.

I want to say a huge big thank you to you. You have been wonderful with your care and assistance and your supportive and wise words. I have had the pleasure of spending the past 12 weeks with very inspirational ladies and I will take all you have given me through to the next part of my weightloss journey and use it to create a fantastic and healthy me (who knows where that will be - but I am very excited to carry on this journey).

I had known about Ideal Bodies Online for many years and had always wanted to do a program with them, but having had Chronic Fatigue Syndrome for the past 8 years I always had this mindset of: "it was all or nothing.” Because I knew that my body couldn't tolerate that kind of exercise yet, I would just give up. Then about 5 months ago I had a severe relapse of CFS after doing some Pilates and I knew that I had to change the way I thought about dealing with my CFS, so I emailed Kristin from IBO and she suggested a nutrition only program with support and my own personal goal of increasing my walks from 3 x per week to 5.

I knew that if this was going to work for me I would have to be very positive and I went into the program with a very different mindset. My goal was to just do the best I could from a diet point of view and see what happened. I also adopted one of Sue's sayings about being consistent and patient and always had this in the back of my mind.

The start of my 12 weeks was an anxious one for me trying to absorb all the new information. I thought to myself, “how am I going to do this when I have a family with 3 young children to care for.” Some days the physical fatigue had me spending a lot of time flat on my back! Kristin and my feedback coach Sharna would always happily email me back even when I felt sure that I was being a pain and that the questions I had were just plain silly!! I also used the member’s forum online and had an email buddy which was great support as well.

When the nutrition plan came I remember having this actual fear of "how can I eat so much when I am not even training??"  But I learnt so much and the input from Sharna was so valuable in helping me.  The plan that was written for me was easy to follow and really helped with my food cravings which improved greatly over the 12 weeks.

My fatigue levels over the 12 weeks started out very poor, and I found this super frustrating.  Sharna was very encouraging and advised me to rest and listen to my body.  It wasn't until week 10 that I was able to increase my walking to 4 x a week and have been able to maintain this so far, so my next goal will be to increase this to 5 x per week.

I started out at 70.4 kg and finished at 63.2 and lost a total of 52.3cm overall, so I was really happy with my achievement.  Now I plan to continue on with my program to lose a little bit more.

This is definitely a lifestyle plan for me and I would encourage anyone looking at improving their lifestyle and diet to go ahead - they are invaluable!!

Hi Maxine,

It has been going really well. I am still surprised at how much I can eat and still lose weight! Its really nice being on a diet where I don't feel starving all day.

Although I am only in week 2 I am already noticing the results. Four people this week have asked me how much weight I have lost and its only 1.8Kgs! It sure feels and looks like a lot more though. I can already notice that I have a smaller stomach and legs so I measured them and I have already lost 3cm off each thigh and 3cm off my waist!

I am really happy with everything.

If I do need a new program in the future, Ideal Bodies Online will be my first port of call. It remains one of the most worthwhile and effective endeavours I have ever undertaken, including all my endeavours in life which were not fitness-related. I thought I would let you all at IBO know that I'm STILL happier now with my physique than I've ever been, even all these months after finishing the program, and after plateauing... one more happy person for your potential customers to see!!

I've learned so much about myself along the way - and the time really has gone so quickly. I'm really glad that I have done this. I feel so much better about myself, my self esteem is much higher and I know that I am set to continue down the path to be the healthiest version of myself. Even in the last few days I've been getting back into eating clean after Christmas and I notice how much better my body feels. It's so good to finally be in touch with myself after so many years.

I wanted to say a huge thank you to you Leanne for all of your support over this time. Just knowing that you are there and that you would be checking in on me if I'd been quiet for a few days was enough to keep me from straying too far off track - especially over the last few weeks where it has been really hard.

I can't believe my 12 weeks is up!! This has been such a positive and rewarding experience for me and I can't thank you enough! I didn't ever think that I'd get so much out of a 'eating and exercise' plan!

I won't say it's been easy because it hasn't. There have been many ups and downs. Days when I thought that I wouldn't make it, when I thought because I had slipped up that it was all over, when I missed a workout or ate the wrong thing or when someone told me that I should just accept that I was getting older and the 'middle aged spread' was inevitable; times when my body felt so sluggish and bloated that I didn't think I could walk let alone run; times I was so sore that I thought I had done permanent damage to my butt; times when I was so down and asked myself 'why me, why do I have to do this just to stay in shape?’ Well the truth is, because I want to!!! I want to be fit and healthy again, I want to feel good about my body, I want to be able to wear the clothes in my cupboard and not buy bigger ones, I want to be able to go and do a day’s work and not be so knocked up that I can't move, I want to have my balance on a horse and not be hanging out of my saddle!! All these things are so possible for me now.

My journey over these 12 weeks has not been text book, I'm the first to admit that and I feel that my biggest accomplishment has been continuing on through the symptoms of menopause! I was warned by Sue at the start when I made my first enquiry that going through menopause might make it a little harder to lose weight, and it probably has a bit. However I really feel that my healthy eating and regular exercise have helped a lot with my symptoms... I know I certainly sleep a lot better! I feel like the old me again! This is a stage in my life that all of us must go through and I now feel that I have the strength to tackle it head on!

I know that I haven't got the body I had in my 20's & 30's but it’s a hell of a lot better than a lot of women I know in their 20's & 30's! And the best thing is it’s still a work in progress!! Thanks to IBO I have found a plan I can stick to for the rest of my life, especially the eating plan. It is not a diet that one 'goes on' and then 'goes off'. This is something that I can do forever.
 
I have also learned so much about eating, exercise and my body or how these two things affect my body!

That's about all I can tell you except to say I feel the best I have in years and it is thanks to you and IBO. I will recommend your programs to anyone who is looking for help. If I can do this program out in the sticks, on my own, with an old set of free weights and 6 dogs for training partners, then anyone can!! I feel empowered by my newfound knowledge and knowing that, I and I alone, can make positive changes.

I have gained so much from my 12 weeks with IBO. Worked through so many "mental" issues I had with my weight loss and I am continuing on with all of the tools that the program provided me with and flourishing with the knowledge and confidence that I have gained.

I feel fantastic both physically and mentally and am looking forward to working my way through the festive season, rather than dreading were my weight would be at the end of it as I have in previous years. I feel a real freedom knowing that I am truly in control.

Well, I have made it to week 4 and I feel fantastic! I have been a yo yo dieter for years. Always having to loose the 10kg, but I have to say I feel really good on this program. I have alot of energy and I am feeling very satisfied. I am already sleeping better, I have less aches and pains. I am looking forward to the next 4 weeks.

Thank you. I can't say I have ever been as lean as I am now. I have truly enjoyed the challenge and seeing my body change. Everything Ideal Bodies Online says about eating clean, portion control, being consistent and being patient are all so true. Sometimes I felt I was not making progress but if I looked back 2 weeks I would see that I had actually lost 1 to 2 more lbs. Your plans definitely work for me! Thank you for all the support.

I can finally say I can feel and notice the difference.  Although it was only six weeks, I feel so empowered now and have a better grasp on what food I eat and when.  I didn't realise how off track I was - so thank YOU for helping me.  I honestly believe the second half of my programme was the best - everything started to click and fall in to place and you are a credit to that!  

Sharna, it has been an absolute pleasure working with you.  Losing weight and facing the awful truths is tough and humiliating; but your encouragement and support has been nothing short of amazing and appreciated.  In the past I felt discouraged for eating the wrong thing, or missing a training session; but you've helped me see this in a new light and a mere trip as opposed to a complete crash.  I now understand this is a journey, an investment in my long term health and it's all about picking myself up and moving forward.

A one-off, as you say is fine and actually increased my awareness and provides incentive.

I am SO inspired by your work and IBO in general; and like everyone who experiences this "high on health" the notion of adopting these lifestyle changes permanently is really exciting.  I've even considered the possibility of a career change, working more in this industry.  It is SO addictive and having the chance to share that with others is even more exciting!

Sharna, I hope you have a great week and send you ALL my thanks!  You've done more than you realise, especially last week with my break-up.  It was and still is tough but you got me through and taught me to focus on myself.

I am extremely happy with my results and feel very motivated to continue until I reach my ideal weight & body fat %.

I have adopted this as a lifestyle instead of dieting for that big occasion and then going back to bad habits. I do have a special occasion to look forward to in the New year, but have set myself little challenges beyond that date so that I don't just focus on that particular date!!!

This is quite new to me, but I am confident that I can maintain this lifestyle for the future. I can feel myself getting fitter and although my knees or ankles sometimes play up, I am getting better at running for longer periods so this will continue to be my challenge.

Thank you so much for your advice and guidance. I am a lifetime dieter so to feel in control for possibly the first time in my life is an amazing feeling. It's been a long time coming & I so wish I could have arrived at this stage a little earlier in my life, but as one of my new challenges is not to dwell on the past, I shall put these feelings to rest and will focus all my attention on the future. After all I cannot change the past, but certainly have some control over the future, especially where my fitness is concerned.

I just want to tell you how much this 12 weeks has changed me. You know my reaction when I first joined was a very emotional one & I was certainly no easy client! I had some big issues to tackle and I was very clear about what I did and didn’t want & at one stage was wanting to run a mile! I have yo-yo’d as long as I can remember & all I wanted was to get off that rollercoaster. This was my last ditch attempt to find balance in my life & to stop obsessing and letting dieting take over my life. I can say that having Leanne as my mentor has been wonderful and she has helped me see so many things in a new light. I can see the reason that I was unable to maintain my weight when I’d lost it before, and now I don’t feel ashamed when I eat. I have learned so much & can’t tell you enough how much Leanne has helped me. I tell everyone now! As soon as someone starts telling me their weight issues I’m telling them – you have to eat!! You have to learn how to eat right and stop starving yourself!

Anyway, there’s so much more I’d love to tell you but I’m in a hurry, but just want you to know how much I appreciate Leanne & the program.

I've been meaning to email you and thank for such a great program!  
 
I've found it so easy to understand and stick to the nutrition program.
 
The training program has given me more results in two weeks than the whole seven years I've been going to the gym. I used to mainly stick to using the weight machines and I always did cardio before I did weights. Now with doing more free weights and doing my cardio after my weights session I can really feel my workouts are far more effective!!
 
I have weighed myself and have already lost three kilos but I haven't done my measurements yet, I think I'll wait another week before doing them. I'll let you know how I go with my measurement once I've done them.

The program is going great - Leanne has been fantastic and I'm happy to say that I've lost 5kg in 8 weeks. I'm stoked and can't believe that I was so worried at the beginning. This does not at all feel the the beginning of any kind of yo-yo thing. This is it. I'm really really happy :)

Never before have I written to a company to tell them how great they are!

I've recently completed your 12 week program... although I did it in 2x 6 week programs, because to be honest I was a little sceptical as I've tried every single diet known to mankind. You name it I've done it, always to lose weight initially then to fall off track and often gain more than I started with!

When I joined IBO I weighed 55.8kgs (not much but I'm a small frame) I set my goal weight at 50kgs, I've never been under 53kgs my entire adult life and I have had to work so hard to maintain that 53!

Well, today my weight is 49kgs, I've lost a total of 54cms, my body fat % started at about 26% and today I'm at 11%.

I've done all my exercising from home, which I found so easy because of the motivation from the forum.

I've attached some before and after pics (something I'd never thought I'd do, but I'm so thrilled with my results). I feel fantastic, I have more energy now at 40 than I did in my 20's... I'm healthy and fit and loving life!

So, thank you so much for such a wonderful product, I will continue to recommend IBO to everyone.

The online program suits me perfectly with working away as I have something solid to follow each week compared to just seeing a trainer 3 tmes a week while back home on break. I've finally made it to the end and couldn't be more thrilled with the results! An ENORMOUS thankyou to you and the team at IBO - you have certainly helped me achieve results far beyond my expectations!! It was only a few weeks ago I had reset my "goal" weight from 60 to 62kg, and all for the right reasons at the time, and ended up smashing through that point down to 58.6kg yesterday!! (WOOHOO)
 
I had my photos done yesterday morning. When I booked with the photographer around the time of week 8, I explained to her what I was doing, having done a challenge before and now signed up with IBO getting great results, she was inspired enough by one phone call and has since signed up with you too! I haven't seen the photos yet, but she was very happy with them and asked could she put them on her website!!
 
As you can tell, I'm still jumping out of my skin over the entire experience. Again, I cannot express enough my gratitude for the support, guidance and huge learning curve that has been provided by yourself, Kristin and the team.  
 
I am expecting to get the photos on Wednesday afternoon, so will submit them later that night.

I would like to say thank you so much for all your support, advice and quick responses to my questions etc. I have enjoyed my training program and have gotten into a routine with the nutrition and drinking water.

At the beginning of the year when I read the article on Oxygen mag Feb/March issue: "Why don't I look like that?" I thought, that's me. The advice was to set your goal, get advice and take and follow the advice and then I saw your success story and your before photos looked similar to me. That's when I researched into Ideal Bodies Online.

My first thoughts were, 'how can you help when you haven't seen the person or talked to them', and then I thought you must have formulas and plans in place that work as it's your job, it's what you specialise in. So I thought I'll give it a go... I've been impressed with everything! Very professional service! And I think it also helps that you have been through the process yourself and know how it feels.

It's kind of weird reporting to the computer, pressing send to a person you don't know, but you get used to it and it's been a great experience and I'm looking forward to the next journey.

I am back into a lot of my old clothes and work uniforms, which is really exciting and I have my waist and hips back where they belong.  My strength has increased so much since I started.  I had some spider veins turn up almost overnight with my last baby and they are almost invisible now and my cellulite has really diminished, all the circulation in my legs feels great.

I loved the new program Sharna did, it is still a lot of variety for me to do at home, which is where I used to fail because I would get sick of doing the same old stuff in the shed on my own. Once I see results I am really driven to keep going.
 
Ideal Bodies Online is such a great thing for those at home, it really works.

Yes, the 12 weeks are over but the journey goes on!! :)

I just want to say a huge thank you to you and to the Ideal Bodies Online team, before I signed up with IBO I was feeling so hopeless and helpless, wanting to lose weight but not knowing what to do, but I knew I did not want to go on another fad diet that would last a few weeks and then put the weight back on!! Thanks to IBO now I can proudly say that I've adopted a new lifestyle and I don't think I will ever put the weight back on and the funny thing is that after 12 weeks I'm not starving and don't feel like I want to go back to the lifestyle I had before the program. It's been simply amazing, my only regret is that I wish I've signed up earlier... :)

The feedback coach and custom made program was exactly what I needed to keep me on track and stay focused initially, I'm so grateful for your support!
 
I have reached my target of 10 kg......am actually 84.6 kg at the moment and am so happy, I can't wait to get into the 70s, when you have the right knowledge of how to lose body fat, losing the weight is so much easier.

Hi Kristin,

You may not remember me, but I did 2 IBO programs last year and had brilliant results.

I just wanted to write (belatedly) to really thank you so much for the amazing work you do.

I think about you guys and what you did for me all the time and just had to finally sit down and acknowledge you again - you really changed my life and helped lead me on to a completely different tangent, which has been fantastic.

My last program finished at the beginning of the year, you may or may not remember that I was deciding whether or not to compete in Figure. Well, 3 weeks ago I did my first couple of comps.

I just wanted to reiterate how appreciative I am to you for your expertise and knowledge when it came to developing my nutrition and training plans last year - I still think it's amazing that you can get such fantastic results from not ever having met me in the flesh. There were times during my contest prep where I really questioned what I was being told to do and kept wondering "what Kristin and Sue might suggest" - after all I got down to 10.5% body fat or thereabouts with you guys and was probably quite similar for the comps - but got there in a much more harrowing fashion and with much less energy - anyway, don't be surprised if I hook up again for another program with you - the system just really works for me and I feel good being accountable and having exact plans measured out for me.
