I was a chubby child and was put on my first diet when I was around 10 years old. I lost a lot of weight and, as great as that was, it seemed to set a pattern that I would deal with for the rest of my life. I’ve been a performer my whole life and have always had issues with the way I looked.

Even though everyone else would tell me I looked great and I had spent a lot of my adult life in the rehearsal room, on stage or in the gym, I was never completely happy with the way I looked. I managed to stay pretty slim through my 20’s and early 30’s, living on coffee and not much else, but obviously that’s not sustainable.
 
 
 
I have a keen interest in anything nutrition and fitness related and to that end have tried what seems almost every diet and fitness program under the sun. When I came across Ideal Bodies Online I had been on raw food for about 8 months and, even though I wasn’t hugely overweight, I wasn’t where I wanted to be.

When I signed up for Ideal Bodies Online I wasn’t exactly sure how or if an online coaching service would work for me, but seeing the Success Stories and Sue herself, I decided to give it a go. I was already working out doing both weights and cardio, but was just going on knowledge I picked up here and there - not from one cohesive source.
 
 
 
As soon as I received my program from Kristin I knew this was going to be good – I couldn’t wait to start and was absolutely encouraged and enthused by the thought and knowledge that had gone into it. Until that time I had also spent a large percentage of the previous years on Low Carb eating plans, and I was quite literally frightened to introduce carbs such as rice, oats and sweet potato in to my diet.

Anyway, through my Ideal Bodies Online program I got down to 10.5% Body Fat  (whilst eating great food and not feeling like I was starving!) and in the best shape I’d ever been in. I didn’t win the Oxygen Comp but I got great photos that will always be a reminder of what I achieved with Ideal Bodies Online.
 
During my Ideal Bodies Online program I was lucky enough to win a Scholarship to do the Personal Trainers Course at AIF and not only am I a qualified Personal Trainer, but I have since taken the whole thing a step further. 3 weeks ago competed in my first Figure Competitions for the ANB in Sydney. I won a trophy for Best Posing Routine at the South Coast Championships and am now pursuing further competition down the road.
 
I can’t thank Kristin, Sue and Allyson, my feedback coach, enough – I would recommend the program to anyone – I think they do such an amazing job.
