Jan Wins Her Battle!

For years I have battled with weight issues. I have lost weight but, never managed to tone and shape my body and have always let the weight creep back on again.
I joined my local gym and started training regularly. I started to see results. I started buying the ‘Oxygen’ & ‘Women’s Health & Fitness’ magazines. It was in these magazines that I first saw the ‘Ideal Bodies Online’ advertisement. I checked out the website. I kept going back to have another look. I thought ‘Could this work for me?’
After a few emails to Sue, I decided to give it a go! I loved it straight away! Sue & Kristin (my Feedback Coach) have been wonderful. Always just an email away.
Personalised Programs!
The Nutritional/Training Programs are fabulous! The best thing is – they tailor them for you and they work! If you commit to the program, you WILL get fabulous results.
After 3 months I am strong, healthy, fit and feel fantastic every day! I still have a way to go to reach my ultimate goal, but I know I will get there.

As Sue always says “CONSISTENCY AND PATIENCE”
I enjoy healthy foods but still have occasional treats. Going to the gym is a part of my daily routine, there is no question about it. I just get out of bed every morning and go! I love it! It wasn’t easy at first. I had to push myself. Soon I found that I felt so much better for it, physically, mentally and emotionally. It is very empowering to feel that you have such discipline.
I am very blessed to have a wonderfully supportive husband and family. My husband (who is the cook in our family) has tailored his menu to suit my dietary needs, which has benefited both of us. And no, he is not a chef - in fact he is a Motor Mechanic!
I also would like to thank the staff at my local Health & Fitness Centre in Goolwa. They too have been very supportive. I feel it is important to feel comfortable in your training environment.

Tips for others:
Rewarding Myself!
I constantly set myself small achievable goals and gave myself rewards (not food) along the way, it helped keep me motivated. I love clothes, so every 2 weeks I went out and bought myself a new item of training gear.
Best things for me! –
