After having my second child & moving over to Australia I was too busy looking after the kids to think about my health. I had entered a few 12 week challenges before but only lasted a few weeks.
"I always had an excuse to give up!"
After reading a lot of motivation articles before I started the challenge I knew this time I had no excuses not to complete the challenge.
I was breastfeeding my 6 month old & hadnít done any exercise in over a year so I knew I wouldnít be able to do it on my own. I decided to join Ideal Bodies Online as I had no idea where to start. It was great getting my own personalized nutrition & training program. I also got my own Feedback Coach I kept in regular contact with. Hilary was great when I needed extra motivation.

The last 12 weeks definitely havenít been easy. Many challenges came up but if I didn't get a chance to get to the gym I would take the kids for a walk down to the park & do some exercises while I was there. I found being organized ahead of time and preparing in advanced helped me to stay on track with my nutrition. If I had all my meals planned I had no reason to go off track. Another thing I found helpful was to have no junk food in the house. No temptation to give into.

It was definately worth the effort. I feel alot more confident now. I love being fit & healthy. I can now run 10km & do 30 press ups which were some of the goals I achieved. I am now ready to set more goals & keep up with my new healthy lifestyle.
